Amberley Village Tea Room - NEW MEMBER

Amberley Village is one of the most picturesque and quintessential of English villages. Sue Wood and her family have restored their tea room, a Grade 2 listed barn, whilst retaining many historic features to create this much loved tea room.

A wood burning stove makes this the perfect spot on a cool day and the pretty courtyard the perfect spot on a warm summery day.

Amberley Village Tea Room want their visitors to enjoy the pleasure of excellent family cooking and everything on the menu including scones, tea breads, tea cakes and delicious cakes and biscuits is baked by Sue, her mother or her daughter in their cottage kitchen. This tea room offers a very personal touch and the owners want to make a visit to their tea room a truly unique experience and as they believe that everyone has the right to enjoy a really wonderful cup of tea they offer their visitors in their tea room toilet baby changing facilities, and disabled access. There is also a small outside toilet.  In addition, cycle racks are available and Sue and her team are not adverse to muddy boots and well behaved dogs!

All the teas and foods served are purchased from local suppliers and producers as is every possible ingredient. The family’s home grown fruit is used and the crockery used in the tea room comes from the Amberley Village Pottery.
