A welcome addition in a city famous for its tearooms is "Cup" tearoom. Situated in the trendy and busy West End of Glasgow, an area popular with students from near by Glasgow University, local residents, keen shoppers and avid "foodies" this smartly decorated tearoom is dedicated to offering their customers freshly prepared delicious food and the finest teas, perfectly brewed and served with great care and attention to detail.

The owner, Paul Reynolds has brought his many years of experience in the Food Industry back home to Glasgow to realize his ambition of opening what will undoubtedly become regarded as one of Scotland's finest tea venues offering Afternoon Tea created for the 21st Century!
Paul and his team offer their guests an excellent fusion of hotel quality afternoon tea, elegant modern décor and smartly dressed, enthusiastic and well trained staff.
With a carefully chosen selection of over 20 teas with a taste to suit all palates, and which includes 16 Black Teas such as Earl Grey, Madagascar Vanilla, Midsummer Mango, Afternoon at The Palace, Chau, Finest Darjeeling, Organic Ceylon Koslanda and Ceylon Silver Tip, Rose Pouchong and Palace Whispers. For those customers who enjoy an Oolong tea, Paul has sourced a deliciously aromatic Royal Oolong, plus 3 Green Teas - Lemon Shimmer, White Monkey and Angel Peach. For those with a penchant for a delicate and refreshing tea, Jasmine and Mint White Tea will not disappoint.

The tea menu offers excellent descriptions of each available tea making it easy to experiment in your choice of tea and to try a new blend when you visit. The well trained and knowledgeable staff are happy to offer guidance.
True to its name "Cup" is renowned for its wonderful selection of cupcakes which are baked daily in house and for customers maximum enjoyment they have identified tea pairings for their cupcakes - for example the organic orange cupcake is wonderful enjoyed with organic Earl Grey St Clements Tea!
Glaswegians adore sunshine and seating is available outside in fine weather.
Classic 3 tier cakestands are brought to your table and will contain:
Delicate finger sandwiches of cucumber and cream cheese, oak smoked salmon and lemon butter & free range egg and mayonnaise, freshly baked scones will follow served with strawberry and champagne conserve and freshly whipped double cream. Finally, the top tier will be greatly anticipated offering an individual white chocolate and pear cheesecake, a cupcake delight and home baked Earl Grey Tea Fruit Cake.
Afternoon Tea served with a choice of a pot of one of "Cup's" signature teas.

As before but allowing you to bring your own champagne to be served with your afternoon tea.
A popular after school treat and for children up to 12 years of age which offers delicate finger sandwiches including cucumber and cream cheese, peanut butter and jam sandwich and a mini grilled cheese sandwich. Mini pancakes with nutella are then served and followed with mini cup cake delights, individual white chocolate and pear cheesecake plus a chocolate dipped strawberry.
This afternoon tea can be served with a glass of squash but many children are now preferring to select tea as an accompaniment.
Enjoy a late Afternoon Tea with your friends and where you bring the champagne and wine! This is very popular and easy to arrange.
