The picturesque village of Falkland is dominated by Falkland Palace, the hunting palace of the Stuart monarchs, and close by is highly regarded and popular Kind Kyttock's tea rooms, owned by the Dalrymple family, where all the produce is made on the premises.
A wide variety of snacks, soups, sandwiches, salads and sweets is served, and the set afternoon tea includes a pot of tea together with a scone and pancake, plus a choice of home-made preserves and two home-made cakes.
Children are welcome and high chairs are provided. Free parking is available opposite the tea room, and you can book ahead for tea. A small selection of items is offered for sale.
