Teapots of all shapes and sizes on display and a collection of books on tea and coffee to peruse leave customers in no doubt about the function of this large pink building.
Overlooking the village green on National Trust land, this ever popular and friendly tearoom has tables outside for summer weather, and a bright and spacious interior where fine white bone china sits on floral tablecloths.
There is plenty to eat, from breakfast and light lunch choices such as filled pitta bread to a broad range of tea items: hot buttered crumpets, muffins and cinnamon toast, finger sandwiches, scones and cakes and a choice of speciality teas.
