This menu offers chocolate lovers a four course feast of exquisite treats and the following will indulge even the most ardent chocolate lover!

The London Hilton on Park Lane at nightIntroducing a new version of the famous Chocolate Afternoon Tea from Monday 2nd April.

The Confessions of a Chocoholic Afternoon Tea has been refined and adapted, keeping the popular chocolate theme, but incorporating it in a more diverse and subtle way. The new version is fun, colourful and full of a great variety of flavours and includes the following:

The Sandwiches:

Begin with open presented sandwiches deliciously filled with Smoked salmon & horseradish; Honey roast ham & Pommery mustard; Prawn mayonnaise & baby gem lettuce; Cucumber with cream cheese & chives and Egg & cress.

The Scones:

Freshly baked warm chocolate chip scones served with a homemade praline chocolate spread or plain and raisin scones served with clotted cream and homemade strawberry jam will follow.

Hilton London for afternoon tea Cupcakes & Patisserie:

A NEW Menu of delicious and exciting cakes and pastries has been created in the Hilton's in house expert patissiere:

White chocolate and cherry cheesecake finished with a red velour and orange tuile; Milk chocolate and raspberry cream served in a white chocolate ring; Pistachio and Madagascar chocolate ganache macaroon; Iced shortbread butterfly served on an orange and chocolate profiterole; Lemon and raspberry marshmallow cone and a meringue lolly; Battenberg cake; Raspberry cupcake; Sachertorte; Sweet cream cheese cupcake

The Confessions of a Chocoholic Afternoon Tea is available in the Podium restaurant from 2pm – 6pm daily 

This Afternoon Tea menu may also be enjoyed accompanied by a glass of Champagne.

The Teas:

Each tea has been specially selected and blended for Podium Restaurant and the well described tea menu includes the following varieties:

Black Teas: The Hilton Royal English; The Hilton Afternoon Tea Blend; Imperial Earl Grey with Blue Flowers; Assam Golden Tippy; Lapsang Souchong Imperial
Oolong – Blue Teas: Orange Blossom Oolong; Black Decaffeinated
Green Teas: Dragon Pearl Jasmine; Jasmine Flower Maidens and Gunpowder Green
White Teas: Silver Needle

Afternoon tea at the Hilton in London

The Podium Restaurant serve themed Afternoon Teas for different occasions such as St Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Royal Ascot, Wimbledon, Chocolate Week, Halloween and Christmas. All themed Afternoon Teas are matched with a seasonal Tea Blend.

Guests are invited to take away what they cannot finish and these goodies are beautifully packed for you in a specially designed Afternoon Tea box.

Please note that Podium Restaurant also offer (with notice) the following Dietary Afternoon Tea Menu Options; Dairy Free; Gluten Free; Nut Free and Vegetarian. 

Reservations are recommended especially at weekends.
