 in Helmsley, NorthYorkshire is introducing Tea Dances and the first one takes place on St Valentine’s day. Tea Room Manager, Alison Souter is confident that these will be as successful as her innovative Tea Club is proving to be.

THE DORCHESTER - MOTHERS DAY AFTERNOON TEA

Afternoon Tea at The Dorchester is the perfect thank you to all mothers. The Dorchester is hosting their famous Champagne Afternoon Tea in honour of Mothering Sunday. Mothers Day Afternoon Tea begins with savoury finger sandwiches followed by warm scones, made from a recipe unchanged at The Dorchester for over half a century. The final course is the pièce de resistance, the platter of cakes and tartlets. Mothers will also be given a posie of flowers as a gift from The Dorchester to take home and enjoy.

Five sittings: 1:15pm, 2:30pm, 3:15pm, 4:45pm, 5:15pm

THE DORCHESTER - THE MAD HATTERS AFTERNOON TEA PARTY

Monday 11th – Friday 15th April

Adults and Children traditionally love the Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea Party in The Promenade at The Dorchester. Enjoy a delicious Afternoon Tea accompanied with exquisite tea chosen from the wonderful Tea Menu whilst watching performances by English National Ballet School’s young dancers in collaboration with English National Ballet. From Monday the 11th to Friday the 15th of April Afternoon Tea will be served at 2.15pm and at 4.45pm daily.

Traditional afternoon tea with floral pastries and accompanied by a wonderful range of teas from around the world, a glass of rose champagne and sweet sandwiches.

Saturday 18th June - Sunday 3rd July

Traditional afternoon tea accompanied by your choice of tea chosen from the tea menu, a glass of rose champagne, strawberries and macaroons.
