Tea drinking has been linked to numerous health benefits - all of which can help prolong life. A report conducted by the Tea Advisory Panel (TAP) details their findings.

The TAP report suggests black tea, green tea, oolong and pu-erh tea can contribute to a healthy gut microbiota.
